Kim Silver

Kim was raised in the local area, went to St.F.X. and is now a REALTOR with RE/MAX for over 8 yrs. She believes there are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional-integrity, in-depth community and marketing knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation and professional networking skills, all of which are hallmarks of how she does business. Theresa MacDonald

Theresa is a long time resident of Antigonish. She is married to Vince and they have three children, Lianne, Brian and Anthony. Born and raised in Judique, Cape Breton, she still has fond memories of family, friends and places. In 2006, Theresa retired from Service Canada after 30 years of service and joined RE/MAX as a REALTOR. She brought forward her training, education and skill-set to her job, but most importantly her skills in listening, negotiating, problem solving and empathy are vital to her client’s reaching their goals. Being a true people person, she has a strong commitment and dedication to her clients and she will work diligently to ensure that they are successful in their endeavors, whether they are buying or selling.

Kathleen Robertsson

Kathleen was born in Antigonish - the daughter of Henry, the barber, and Josie Sullivan. She went to St.F.X and then later took her Masters Degree in Leadership. Kathleen worked in the education field and transferred to real estate in 2008. She worked in real estate in Fort McMurray for eight years before returning to her hometown of Antigonish in 2016 to become an agent with Remax Park Place. Kathleen has completed over 175 transactions and enjoys working with and doing the best for her clients. Andrew Boudreau

Andrew Boudreau is a new Real Estate agent with Re/Max Park Place Inc. in Antigonish, Nova Scotia. Andrew is a graduate of The Gerald Schwartz School of Business at St Francis Xavier University with a strong focus in accounting.

Andrew grew up in an RCMP family where moving was quite common, but at the same time culturally informative. From the age of 13 years old Andrew has spent most of his time in Nova Scotia living in Canso, Arichat, and Antigonish. He takes great pride in the hard working industries that the quad counties have to offer otherwise developing his strong work ethic from years of being hard work in the local lobster and crab fishery.

After graduation, Andrew’s interest in real estate led him to begin investing and developing property within Antigonish. In 2016, he obtained his Real Estate license to practice across Nova Scotia. Andrew epitomizes integrity, energy, hard work, and creative services in every detail of your real estate transaction.
